What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?

We welcome cats and dogs — no exotic animals are permitted. Please contact our leasing team to learn about our breed restrictions for dogs.

How many pets may I have?

We welcome up to two pets per apartment home.

Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?

Yes! A non-refundable pet fee of $450 applies for one pet, and $650 for two pets. Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet. There is no separate refundable deposit.
